• Engage marketing and sales team to effectively achieve recovery and
  • sales targets set by Management
  • Appoint dealers as required with prior approval of line Manager
  • Work in close coordination with Deputy General Manager to devise plans and strategies for the zone
  • Build and sustain rapport with dealers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities
  • Ensure effective distribution and placement of the company’s products in the designated dealers’ outlets with the help of marketing and sales team
  • Submit dealer’s/ market reports to Regional Manager on daily basis
  • Ensure strict compliance with CRPP within zones
  •  Devise strategy for recovery of payments within timelines.
  • Tracking and analyzing competition by getting information, marketing initiatives, marketing spends and outcomes
  • Actively engage with potential and current customers through various interaction media by launching campaigns maximizing ROI and effectiveness
  • Provide consumer insights so that action plans can be devised upon the same
  •  Submit monthly and annual performance reports of marketing team to Regional Manager
  • Carry out other activities as required
