- Assist in the implementation of the “Project Execution Plan
- Coordinate structural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites
- Working closely with the architect / planning head to ensure that the ‘contract program is feasible, complies with the Project Master Plan and contractual documents
- Good command in showroom designing both structure and finishing.
- Reviewing project bids, determining practicality of designs and creating cost analysis reports
- Participate in Building Information Modeling through project design and documentation
- Coordinates and participates in contract negotiations with architecture and contractors also monitors subcontractors' compliance with contractual commitments.
- Prepares project work plan, scope, schedule and budget, and communicates these to project team members; monitors/manages project production for compliance with schedule, budget and quality objectives.
- Prepare presentations of projects, mentioning timelines and present it to senior management.
- Monitors reports and schedules to ensure appropriate charging of man-hours, costs and expenses to projects, and to communicate project progress/status to managing director.
- Establishes and maintains project account files on the computerized project management information system, and periodically reviews project reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitors sub consultants' progress and performance, reviews and approves sub consultant and vendor invoices, and resolves payment and project disputes.
- Schedules and coordinates project meetings with the project team, regulatory agencies, managing director, and others involved with the projects.

- Produces schematic design, design development and construction documents for review
- Meets with suppliers and vendors as needed
- Participates in project opportunity evaluation, consultant selection, and the preparation of firm's qualification/experience statements.
- May supervise technical professionals, and design staff including workload and staffing management.
- Strives to ensure all work is completed with accuracy, of high quality and delivered in a timely manner
- To undertake any other assignment given by Immediate Supervisor.
