Give best possible representation, while ensuring excellent customer service to customers.
- Endorse company products in front of customers.
- Understand the specific customer needs with sleep disorder / back pain, counsel customers and recommend them relevant products to achieve sales targets.
- Provide maximum support in audits to ensure successful and speedy completion of audit.
- Maintain all electrical equipment in good working conditions and report concerned authority at head office immediately if any equipment goes out of order.
- Do shelving and visual merchandising at retail outlets as per company set standards.
- Take special care of self-grooming.
