Qualifications and Experience
- At least graduate having minimum 8 to 10 years experience including 5 years in managerial capacity in a large firm.
- Candidate should have a service-oriented attitude, communications, negotiations, and public relations skills, and must lead a large team of employees and service providers’ resources.
- Prior experience of Protocol Duties,
- Leading administrative function and ensuring healthy work environment through efficient administrative support.
- Managing administrative services offered by service providers and executing services contracts Liaising with government officials Managing company events and functions such as board meetings and conferences Housekeeping, janitorial services, maintenance of buildings and office equipment Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures.
- Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
- Recruiting, training and supervising security staff .
