- Creating building designs and detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
- Liaising with construction team about the feasibility of potential projects.
- Alterations and redevelopments in designs as per requirements.
- Work closely with construction team such as Civil Engineers and construction staff to ensure that architecture designs are properly followed.
- Specifying the requirements for all ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Resolving any problem related to architecture that may arise during construction.
