We are looking HEAD BRAND MEDIA Marketing (in real estae industry)Experience: at least 10-12 years in same role

Responsible for marketing communication and business development departments. Actively managing the strategy to execution of marketing and brand campaigns, concept to execution. Directly reporting to the CEO.
Responsible for strategic planning in line with the Vision of the Company.
Responsible for bottom lines and future growth into new markets.
Responsible for Strategic Alliances.
Responsible for development of 360-degree marketing campaigns.
Responsible for ensuring optimal budget utilization and timely execution for these campaigns.
Overseeing the Creative, Digital and Activation Agencies to ensure completion of day-to-day tasks for achieving marketing KPIs.
Overseeing pre & post campaign analysis for all marketing campaigns.
Stakeholder Management and intensive coordination with internal teams including Sales, Customer Support, Development & Business Intelligence to ensure timely implementation of brand plans.
Overseeing the market trends encompassing advertising and marketing activities & conducting marketing research to ensure the right message is delivered across the target audience.
Responsible for formulating the Company’s PR Strategy.
Spokesperson for all Media related matters.
