1. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  2. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about Sign Up
  3. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  4. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company. Develop business proposals for new and existing customers. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email.
  5. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  6. Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
  7. Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
  8. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
