An Ideal Candidate Must have:

A bachelor’s degree in BSCS, BSIT, and BSSE. Masters in Project Management would be a plus.
3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a Software organization.
Responsible for overall Project Coordination with Project Management Techniques.
Past experience of hands-on coding/development in Software Development Projects.
Excellent English communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Must be an excellent people manager, able to lead cross-functional teams with respect.
Hands-on experience on Project Management tools like SCRUM, JIRA, Kanban Agile Sprints, Backlogs, User Stories, Use Cases.
An easy-going and likable personality is a must.

What We expect from this position:

Maintain and administer all project-related activities and prepare project status reports.
Perform various audits on project management processes, prepare control documents, and monitor metrics
Assist all project members to ensure compliance to project schedules and assist in data compilations and prepare reports to meet all project deliverables.
Monitor the performance of all assigned projects and prepare required reports.
Ensure completion of long term and short-term goals within the required timeframe and submit all reports to management.
Manage all correspondence with team members.
Maintain records of all correspondence and organize various team meetings.
Analyze resource requirements for projects and maintain track of work progress for assignments.
Coordinate with Software Product Manager and management to enhance performance.
Develop materials and agendas for meetings and prepare project reports.
Internal meetings/discussions of both existing clients and new projects.
Coordinating with internal teams and clients on projects, escalate tasks where required.
Keeping track of the progress of all ongoing projects.
Keeping documentation up to date.
Preplanning in case of deviation found against the progress of defined milestones.
