A call center agent is a person who handles incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business.
- A call center agent might handle account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.
- A call center agent who manages both incoming and outgoing customer calls is also referred to as a blended agent.
- We are hiring for both candidates males & females, we are looking for experience and freshers agents
- We have two shifts available for UK & USA, handsome salary package with daily, weekly and monthly incentives,
Timings for UK : 4pm to 12am
Timings for USA: 8pm to 5am
