Sales Operations Associate plays a vital role of coordination between Sales team and functional department and assists sector head with daily tasks related to sector.
Coordination:
- Swift coordination between team and support department.
- Intra Team coordination between Sector head and other team members
Follow Up:
- Get a complete follow-up from team regarding sales and credits
Record Management:
- To maintain the complete record for estimated sales and current sales
- To maintain the track of all team activities
Track:
- To track the daily working of sales team through tracking portal
