a) To understand that being a member of the management team of the Co, the essential nature of the duties is to aid and to promote the management/administrative process.
b) To organize preventive and condition-based maintenance of plant and machinery and to endeavour to reduce machines downtime and change over time. To help Co in developing and modifying existing plant and machinery in order to meet market needs.
c) To ensure that all safety requirements are maintained i.e. product safety, plant safety, Human safety and environment safety.
d) To ensure that plant installation / maintenance records are properly maintained.
e) To provide training and development program for the subordinates
