• Responsible for sourcing new convertible leads online via Cold Calling and other communication
• Searching and connecting with the right prospects, assisting in development and implementation of Client targeting
• Searching for the potential customers through cold outreach, scheduling meetings with them and conducting the meetings to introduce Zaphypre to them in detail.
• Showcases the company's strengths and highlights our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.
• Attains sales goals through effective solicitations, promotions and service
• Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers to develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
• Communicating with the client, understanding and conveying needs to the Ops department and ensuring strong coordination
• Manages client relationship to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients and should have strong grip over upselling techniques
• Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent level service
• Collaborates with the sales team to reach prospective clients accounts
• Participates in sales meetings to win new contracts
• Maintains active follow-up with clients on submittals to secure their account and make sure that the target has been achieved in the given deadline.
• Must have a Bachelors in any business related discipline is a plus. Otherwise, O/A Level qualified can also be considered.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience with generating leads and selling services/products through cold calling
• Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates must have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven work experience as an Account Executive & Manager, Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail for each one of it.
