Customer Service Executive

Fresh Candidates Required (WE ARE HIRING) It is a NON VOICE/AVATAR project for which we are hiring minimum 30 new candidates. It is a Full-time Office based job only in Rawalpindi & our office location is also mentioned at the end of this job's description.

Who have minimum intermediate passed and are confident, career-focused, can understand basic English & have amazing listening skills for the job description mentioned below.
A Short Job Summary: FRESH Call Center Staff is the core position of any company in telemarketing industry.
The potential candidate will be responsible for engaging with good amount of customers over the phone and persuade their interests.
But this engagement will be non-voice i. e. the candidate will be controlling the pre-recorded communication script.
The candidate will be provided with good resource, communication script and a comprehensive training to further improve his/her skill set.
A customer-oriented focus is necessary in order to preserve long-term satisfaction and engagement with customers.
It is preferred that FRESH Call Center Staff should be highly organized and disciplined.
