Purpose of the Post:
- The purpose of this position is Monitoring, Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) of project activities implemented by MAP/IP.
- The position will provide facilitation to MEAL department of Muslim Aid Pakistan for progress reporting, to undertake field visit in order to conduct monitoring visits of ongoing projects, develop and regularly update Action Plan Tracker, facilitate and conduct reviews, regularly update Lessons Learnt Log, review/prepare MEAL/work plans, data record/file management of departments as per MAP data record management policy, updating Project Health Check tool and Means of Verification (MOV) in soft and hard forms, review project DIPs, develop MEAL tool for Needs Assessment/s, Baseline/Midterm/End line evaluation tools, content development for IEC material, development of ToR for relevant assignments, improvement and refinement in case studies received from the field for producing good quality case studies/success stories.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain and store all records in line with MA document management and IT policies.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.

- Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a robust MEAL system to measure achievement and progress toward Programme goals and results.
- To ensure preparation and timely submission of good quality Monthly / Quarterly / Biannually / Annual reports of HQ/Donors.
- Regularly conduct Monthly/Quarterly/Midyear and Annual reviews in a timely a manner.
- Responsible to update Project/s Health Check tool on quarterly basis.
- To strengthen networking and coordination with key stakeholders.
- To develop, publish and disseminate case studies for MAP’s all stakeholders.
- To prepare and develop a bi-annual MEAL e-magazine for showcasing the milestones of MAP.
- To keep close track of all project programmatic progress; identify and troubleshoot the gaps
- Regular updating of MEAL trackers/database for sharing with the Line Manager on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for regularly updating lessons learned log and risk register and share issues and challenges with field teams.
- Compile and analyse MEAL functions data on a monthly basis and share it with program teams and Line Manager.
- Any other task related to MEAL assigned by the Line Manager MAPCO.
- Provide other support as directed by the MEAL Coordinator as required from time to time.
- Assist with other administrative functions as needed.
