Consult with Management to prepare strategic management decisions.
Work with management to identify new Business Ventures and research methods for efficient implementation of ideas generated by Senior Management.
Summarize and present results of research and analysis in the form of reports or presentations as required.
Consolidate and analyze Financial Data (Budgets, Income Statement Forecasts etc.) taking into account Company’s goals and financial standing.
Develop financial models and budgets for new ventures under development
Coordinate all development activities including completion of feasibility studies, applications for permits, arrangement of financing, etc.
Provide relevant assistance in detailed review and negotiation of contracts for new project.
