Following up with suppliers
Updating the team about any delays or problems with suppliers
Managing and updating Business Partner and Item Master Data in SAP
Negotiating contracts with suppliers
Maintaining strong relationships with vendors
Managing and updating correct cost prices in the system for each supplier and item on daily / weekly basis
Ensuring timely delivery of all ordered stock
Timely delivery of Daily & Weekly Reports requested by the line manager
Highlighting all important issues to the higher management on time and keeping all records up to date
