Dealing with cooperate clients
Dealing with Walk in Insurance Clients
Recovery Team Support Visits to Corporate Client offices
Resolving Complaint regarding billing Reconfirmation if user requested for Removal
Coordination with tech Team in case they are having issues in Recovery Removals
Maintaining records of Letters and SMS for Stop Services
Dealing in Certificates of Renewal Emailing Corporate Cleints
Reporting to PSO for tracker verification & dealing with PSO Contractors
Assist accts for amendment in invoices Resolving NR, GPS Hang Issues, SMS Etc of Renewal Cleints
Coordinate with OPS in case of kill / release engine
