We are a Mehria Town Pvts looking for smart and energetic Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate in our ATTOCK Office, who will be responsible for managing the sales department, staff planning, and evaluating department activities I.e selling residential and commercial ongoing projects for our real estate company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting sales products
- Establishing a new business with investors
- Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 2-5 years' experience working in a business role.
- Good knowledge about the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clients.
- Knowledge of the sales process.
- Great selling skills
- The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as needed
