Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all merchandising and marketing activities to ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving export growth.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to guarantee timely delivery and adherence to quality standards for leather apparel.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to facilitate ongoing business development.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the merchandising and marketing team to meet and exceed departmental targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Between 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in merchandising and marketing, preferably within the leather garments manufacturing sector.
