Front Desk Executive

Metafitnosis is a dynamic and highly personalized service focused on delivering excellence in Fitness & Nutrition. The Front Desk Executive is responsible for ensuring seamless operations and making sure that the best part of a clients' day is working out at Metafitnosis.

The main responsibilities include:

Making Metafitnosis feel like a client's second home
Assisting the rest of the Management
Managing the front-desk and cafe
Keeping track of client schedules, invoices, and maintaining cleanliness
Assisting with marketing

We are looking for individuals with the following characteristics:

Being punctual and committed!
Excellent spoken and written English
Can multitask
Have an understanding of basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Extremely friendly, work well in a team, and are flexible about their responsibilities
