To prepare, update and maintain the Order Sheet in Excel.
To Coordinate with Factory for getting updated information of Goods Delivery.
To maintain Files and Folders with updated documents.
To prepare the Reports and analytical presentations as required.
Prepare production notice after receiving the new order with complaint History
Responsible to check all emails and forward to concerned departments.
Update Costing File, Supply Status, price Feasibility and prepare all documents on SAP

Requirements:

Expertise are required in MS Office (WORD / EXCEL), ERP / SAP Knowledge will be preferred.
Sound command in using Official research work on Internet.
Must possess very good interpersonal & Correspondence Skills.
Good of handling & Filing of documentation.

Education: B.COM / BBA / MBA

Experience: 2- 3 Years
