We at Mk's (Real Estate Marketing Firm) are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Relationship Marketing Officer to ensure Direct Sales and generate more sales for our company.

Background:

Background in the Real estate industry is a plus
Target Driven, must be focused on the results
Self Starter with high Motivation
Proactive Attitude
Must be a good time manager

Duties:

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a target-oriented approach, call center experience preferably, should be hard-working, self-motivated, and a good team player. The potential candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an attractive telephone voice and exceptional sales skills with the following duties :

To manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients. - Initiate new calls to the potential customers and follow up on all the progress made on daily basis.
Build a relationship with clients through responding to their queries and resolving issues.
Exceptional communication skills must lead to customer satisfaction.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.
Work with team to achieve sales performance targets.
Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way.
The candidate MUST be driven and motivated and must be willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.
The candidate must be well organized and possess an excellent work ethic.
The nature of work will require handling multiple customers and multiple follow-ups, disciplined working habits are a must.
