1. Achieve Sales targets with highly controlled expenses.
  2. Achieve Service targets.
  3. Ensure that all standers and policies are properly implemented by all restaurant staff.
  4. Care Customers and maintain good business relationship.
  5. Plan visits to Local markets and/or outstation for development of strong business relations with customers.
  6. Overseeing all four segments (Production, Delivery, Dining and Take away) and their related properly.
  7. Support to Director Operations for smooth operations.
  8. Staff Management.
  9. Oversee daily restaurant operations of Front of the House and Back of the House.
  10. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints and quires.
  11. Organize and supervise shifts.
  12. Prepare reports at the end of the week and send to CEO on weekly basis, including staff control, food control and sales.
  13. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  14. Ensure to follow PFA rules and regulations.
  15. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste and undue expenses.
