Achieve Service and Sales Targets.
Develop new customers and retain old customers for maintaining good business relation.
Motivates and coaches existing team Members, and assists in the training of new team Members.
Ensures that all company policies & procedures are communicated and implemented within restaurant team without any miss commination.
Work on controlling and reducing expenses and utilities.
Ensures that health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are followed.
Ensure log books, production books and record registers are properly filled and maintained.
Follow the PFA rules and regularities time standers.
Ensure all staff is following daily attendance defined parameters (Machine & Register attendance).
Handle all four segments (Production, Dinning, Take away & Delivery) and their related operations.
Assist RGM/ARGM in day to day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, team development and sales development.
Ensure maintenance of equipment by calling for repairs and training staff on proper use. Using proper standard operating procedures to report and fix these issues.
