The ideal candidate should have expertise Accounts and Finance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts department, providing financial information to the management team, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.Key

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts department, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including but not limited to journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and cash management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Provide financial information and analysis to the management team, supporting business decision-making processes
.Manage the order management process, including sales/purchases, advance prices, and inventory management.
Ensure the accuracy of the landed cost management process, including customs duties, freight charges, and other expenses associated with importing and exporting goods.
Implement and manage quality control processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Manage the assets management process, including fixed asset accounting and depreciation calculations
Oversee the order to cash and procurement to pay processes, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer and vendor invoices, payments, and receipts.
Provide expert knowledge and advice on procurement processes, including woven fabric knowledge
.Manage Excel data activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information
.Provide strong textile understanding and knowledge of woven cloth business process and flow.

Qualifications:

MBA / M.Com / ACCA / CA Finalist / ACMA or Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
