REQUIREMENTS:

  • Contact clients via phone, email, and formal letters to follow-up on status of unpaid invoices.
  • Resolve queries of client by taking response from operation/billing department and discussing it with client.
  • Prepare working of Contract assets on monthly basis by getting the related data from different departments.
  • Prepare working in accordance with ASC 606 recognition of revenue on monthly basis.
  • Work with automation team to automate different daily tasks/reports etc.
  • Updating status of client in dashboard.
  • Preparation and review of account movement summary (AMS) and making sure that correct balance is reflected in AMS.
  • Verification and cross verification of lockbox receipts, just to make sure amount credited in right accounts.
  • Informed treasury department for rectification of entry if any.
  • Prepare customer invoices on monthly basis and issue credit memos.
  • Review and analyze accounts receivable aging.
  • Preparation of aging analysis report of account receivable for management on daily basis.
  • Implement and act in accordance with MTBC’s information security and privacy policies.
  • Provide support to Deputy Manager Receivables in the reconciliation of accounts.
  • Performs any other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
