- Diagnostics and troobleshooting of Notebook-PCs-Workstations- Tablets and other HP products
- Servicing of different products when needed
- In house working on different HP PSG group products for warranty / repair / maintenance / installation
- Maintain high level customer satisfaction
- Maintain good relationship with customer and Mushko employees.
- Complete recommended trainings of HP-Microsoft and other suggested Trainings by customer / Mushko
