- We are growing fast and are looking for a Technical Recruiter to assist our HR manager with finding best talents to join our amazing team.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and assist the Manager in fulfilling the hiring needs of the company
- Think out of the box and come up with the most effective methods of recruiting and attracting candidates
- Post job ads in digital media i.e. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Rozee and in other available local job boards) for all the open position
- Manage the recruitment of qualified applicants for open positions and ensure that hiring standards are followed.
- Come up with new ideas for branding to get more candidates.
- Review applicant resumes, select, screen, and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Send email invitations to the selected candidates and manage interview schedules with the hiring managers
- Maintain and update the recruitment status in Applicant Tracking System on timely manners
- Maintain a positive candidate experience during all stages of the process.
- Other related duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in IT/software industry.Experience using social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.) for recruiting is a must.
- Proven track record handling a large volume of recruitment initiatives at the same time.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Team Player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and outlook.
- Professional proficiency of English communication is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of the Software industry
