• Receive and forward all calls accordingly.
  • Accommodate visitors, clients and job candidates.
  • Record, file and track all outgoing and expenses & receipts.
  • Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities.
  • Assisting the HR & Admin units to ensure smooth running of operations.
  • Handling petty cash.
  • Ad hoc duties as required and directed by your CEO.
