We're a Growing Company in Fashion & Apparel Industries in the UK and looking for an HR Specialist who must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in a Software House.

Implements daily human resources activities including recruitment, employment, HR project management, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and communications.
Advises managers of company policy regarding employment law, equal employment opportunities, compensation, employee benefits, and safety.
Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Essential Requirements:

Passion for talent, increasing employee capability, and achieving business results through people development.
Excellent project management skills.
Multilingual – English and Urdu required.
Demonstrated excellence in communication, influencing, collaboration, negotiation, presentation, and proactive organizational skills.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proven record of handling multiple projects and initiatives of varying scope and delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Ability to speak effectively in a public environment.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
