• Planning and execution of test plans that rigorously test all aspects of the product, including but not limited to system functions & features, performance, data migrations and interfaces
• Coordinate with development and SCM teams to ensure product meets the highest quality standards
• Prepare detailed reporting that provides accurate summaries of overall product testing status, defect status and project status
• Work with the other teams including analysis, development, and project management for release planning, issue resolution and mitigating project risks
• Work with customer support department to help resolve post-release issues
experience in QA and testing software products
•Must be an expert with software development process, test tools and SQA methodologies
• The individual must have a strong background in QA process
• Must have expert and proven technical leadership skills and demonstrated ability to complete projects on schedule and with required Quality
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
• Experience in product based environment will be preferred
• Experience in healthcare domain would be an advantage
