Role Overview:
- Database Administration
- IT and Network Administration
- Day to Day User IT & Network Support for onsite and remote users
- Management of Network Devices (Manageable Switches, NGFWs, Wireless Access Points and Controller, Blade Servers, VMWare EXsI)
- Basic knowledge & expertise in database performance tuning especially SQL Query Optimization
- Basic troubleshooting of Voice Soft Phones
- Ensuring smooth departmental operations
- Basic Software development skills is a PLUS
