Brand & Marketing Manager sought to join a dynamic, vibrant, and motivated marketing team within an online business. They are looking for a hands-on marketing generalist, with experience of working across markets. Basic salary + sales commission would be given.
About you:
- You will take full responsibility for national, integrated marketing communications plan spanning across all online and offline activities
- Specialist experience in email, digital, social and campaign management a plus
- You are an expert at creating a clear, consistent and inspiring brief for a variety of teams - from sales to creatives to senior management
- You love using, and are confident at manipulating, data to support your ideas and campaigns
- You're a doer - someone who can find and troubleshoot problems quickly
- You will be resourceful, you are not afraid to manipulate copy, be able to edit a PDF or two, and a confident CMS & CMS user
- You are the voice of marketing - an excellent communicator
- You'll have extensive knowledge working on national markets
- You will be the voice and champion of our customers at all costs - a true B2C and B2B expert
- You move fast but sensibly, with a bias towards action
- You will be able to manage both acquisition and nurturing (and everything in between)
- You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that fosters change and innovation
- You are hyper-organized and love balancing multiple projects

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 years+ working in marketing / brand / communications / campaign management
- Experience with a major ecommerce or online business·
- Experience/knowledge of SEO and website marketing preferable
