Responsibilities

Lead a team of highly motivated UI/UX designers and UX researchers within partners and Wavetec to provide creative and process leadership
Owning the Wavetec brand and working with our product and marketing teams to make sure that our branding is consistently excellent in all aspects of our users’ and clients’ interactions with across products
Collaborate with Product Directors and Product Managers to understand and validate problems and make design decisions to create a flawless UX
Provide senior leadership to company-wide initiatives to drive greater understanding of data and our customer’s ability to garner insight from it
