- Preparation of quotations
- Reconciliation of customer ledgers
- Trace customer payments & report to accounts
- Merge customer orders according to given formats
- Coordinate with sales and production, and accounts
- Handle the processing and delivery of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with customers regarding unforeseen delays, problems, complains and feedback to provide excellent level of customer service
- Visit customers when required
- Coordinate with stores , Productionand other concern departments
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Others as specified by company from time to time
- Other task assigned by line manager
