We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our team.

This is E-Commerce customer service where you have to complete the process of order fulfillment. You must have great verbal communication skills and be proficient with social media chat in English.

Responsibilities & requirements

MUST have 1-year of customer service experience relating to E-Commerce
Guiding customers in a professional manner
Upselling skills
Order confirmation, processing, And Dashboard updating
Timely response on Whatsapp/Facebook chat
Assist consumers with returns, refunds, and other order-related inquiries
Liaison with internal team to complete any relevant task
Helping team in order dispatching

Timings: 10am-7pm
