Next Level Communications (Pvt.) Ltd is one of the leading IT, Telecommunication and power system Solution Company for Pakistan Market. The company was founded in 2012 and counts over 30 employees, working in our Head Office in Islamabad and regional offices in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar.

We are seeking independent, young, positive and energetic result oriented Online Sales & Marketing Specialist to fill our dynamic position based in Islamabad. We offer market based salary plus good commission on sales. Package includes Provident Fund, Medical Insurance, Fuel and Cell phone allowance etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Creating and maintaining pages on e-commerce websites to generate online sales.
Managing orders that are received online i.e confirming requests, aligning deliveries and confirming receipts of payments.
Communicating with customers over queries and facilitating them with product knowledge and order status.
Collaborate with order departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Manages social media communications.
Creating and managing promotional campaigns to generate sales from social media platforms (facebook, instagram, google/youtube and other relavent platforms - working on deliverables).
Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.

Requirements:

Proven working experience in social media marketing.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
knowledge od online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilities.
Fluency in english.
