Next Level Communications (Pvt.) Ltd is one of the leading IT, Telecommunication and power system Solution Company for Pakistan Market. The company was founded in 2012 and counts over 30 employees, working in our Head Office in Islamabad and regional offices in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar.

We are seeking experienced individuals to fill our Technical Support positions for our regional office in Islamabad. We offer a market-based salary package which includes Provident Fund, Medical Insurance and other benefits etc.

Job responsibilities:

Installation, servicing, troubleshooting and maintaining Single and Three Phase UPS products and batteries ranging from 1 to 500kVA.
DC power system installation and commissioning
Troubleshoot critical power systems down to the root cause.
Perform repairs with minimum customer downtime.
Reparing skills upto components level
Work with other team members to complete custom and large installation projects.
Maintain technical documentation for study and/or review.
Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Take ownership of an assigned task and see it through to a successful completion.
Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.
Comply with HSE routines.
Perform minor mechanical work required for assembling battery racks.
Willingness to work on weekends and must have own conveyance.
