Job Description includes, but is not limited to:
1. Planning & Coordination of all protocol for the company.
2. Planning & Coordination of all protocol details for CEO.
3. Coordination & Protocol Of local and foreign delegations including all administrative details.
4. Coordination with Embassies, foreign principals and related government departments for official delegations & company management. This includes local outstation visits and foreign tours.
5. Accompany CEO & company team on foreign/ in-country visits within the scope mentioned above.
6. Proficient in Communication skills related to job description at all tiers of areas of responsibilities.
7. Organize & coordinate official receptions & meetings on behalf of company.
8. Proficient in driving skills.
