Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires 1 x Company Events / Trips Organizer for its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.

Responsibilities:

Be an ambassador for creating a positive and motivational workplace culture.
Liaise with the management team to help drive communication within the organization to support the employee engagement strategy.
Seek management's approval on the budget to be allocatted for various company events, trips and trainings.
Create communications plan to drive awareness and participation.
Develop tracking, reports and summary posts regarding employee experience to share and drive awareness internally and externally on various communication platforms
Develop and manage employee engagement experience feedback surveys

Requirements:

A suitable candidate for this role would be:

Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field
Having 2-5 years' experience in engaging workforce through planned activities/ events / initiatives in reputable organizations.
Possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Remuneration Package:

Gross salary as per experience

a) During Probation period:

3 sick/casual leaves
Company subsidized lunch/dinner
Travelling allowance for female staff
Daycare facility for female staff's children

b) After completion of Probation period (Permanent Employee is entitled to the following benefits):

Provident Fund
