Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires an Executive Secretary to President for its Johar Town, Lahore based office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support to the President.
- Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of the President including appointments, meetings and travel.
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to President’s office including phone calls, emails and walk ins.
- Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations as and when required by the President.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree holder
- Atleast 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Urdu)
- Trustworthy
- Maturity in approach to decision making on behalf of the President.
- Must be able to take ownership of the tasks assigned by him.
Remuneration Package:
- Gross salary (as per skill set)
- Provident Fund (8% of Employee's Basic Salary)
