About the role

Research officer is required for research on oversees visa categories and help implementing those categories and giving training to the marketing staff.
The incumbent will research and discover option related to latest visa categories along with all the associated details.
The main role of the Research office is to help company maintain its competitiveness in the visa market.
This means keeping an eye on developing trends, and emerging visa possibilities in various countries especially after Covid-19.
The incumbent needs to gather thorough knowledge about various visa products and s/he would also be responsible for inculcating that product into existing products of the company.

Responsibilities of Research Officer

Research and discover new visa categories and add them in business products.
Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company senior management
Documentation of all phases of a new visa product.
Conducting market research and evaluating new products and implementation.
Evaluation of costs associated and documents required against each product.
Train the marketing staff over new products and ensure appropriate implementation.
Report to senior management on all research related findings on regular bases.
