Job Description Sales Associate

NISA IMPEX PVT. LTD. is dedicated to provide high quality products i.e. Mobility Aids, Medical Equipments and Medical Disposables. We are looking for self motivated and self driven Sales Associates, having strong interpersonal & communication skills and willing to work extensively in their assigned areas. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Make monthly visit plans and get them approved from Manager
  2. Update visit plans on weekly basis with due consultation with Manager
  3. Visit Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers in accordance with approved weekly visit plan
  4. Submit a detail market visit report along with competition activity in the designated area after every visit
  5. Regularly achieve monthly sales targets
  6. Maintain excellent work relationship with existing dealers in designated area
  7. Develop new potential Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers within designated area in accordance with company’s policy
  8. Regularly perform stock movement analysis for individual Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers prepare an ideal item mix for them based on location & stock movement and counsel Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers accordingly to improve their sales and profitability
  9. Update Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers on their achievement against given targets and motivate them for improved performance
  10. Provide Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers with new price list whenever there is any change in company prices
  11. Coordinate company schemes in the designated regions as and when required by the management
  12. Mentor Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers staff regarding effective selling techniques and educate them about product qualities & distinctions
  13. Penetrate in markets of designated regions to secure additional sales while improving overall effectiveness
  14. Ensure Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers does not violate company policy otherwise inform manager immediately both verbally and in writing
  15. Be very vigilant on competitors’ activities in the market and keep manager up to date on new developments
  16. Every Sales Representative should try to assure minimum of 80% share in their respective markets. Week areas should be highlighted immediately for the remedy of problem in order to improve the business
  17. Ensure excellent working relationship with Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers in the designated area and resolve their issues within 24 hours
  18. Ensure excellent working relationship in the market of your designated area and ensure maximum sales
  19. Update daily activity report and submit to manager
  20. Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales & Marketing should be fulfilled
