- Responsible for overall activities in cutting department
- Responsible for overall efficiency of the cutting department.
- Optimization of manpower requirement in cutting department as per loading requirement given.
- Responsible for pre production planning, cutting activities in accordance with the loading plan given.
- Responsible for fabric utilization for given order as per consumption given and fabric savings generated through effective operational processes and fabric reconciliation report generation for all the orders processed in the cutting department.
- Responsible to work closely with the other departments for day to day work and problem solving related to cutting department.
