Creating a strategic plan and calendar for the garden for each season.
Creating and implementing a five-year crop rotation plan.
Overseeing the planting, harvesting, processing and storage process for the garden produce.
Knowledge of in-house nursery and its maintenance
Overseeing the purchase, care and proper use of all garden equipment.
Creating and implementing a plan to track garden activities and outcomes.
Contributing to the long-range planning for the garden and food production.
Skills to teach the gardener’s
Horticulture.
Plant Science.
Soil Science.
Having good knowledge of seasonal plants.
Having good knowledge of maintain compos pit with organic waste.
Good communication skills in English with foreign clients.
Good Management skills.
Ability to deal with 5-7 staff in team.
