Quality Affairs

1. Assist the QA & Regulatory Affairs Manager in monitoring, reviewing and maintaining the quality management system relating to the organizational activities and service in accordance with the requirements of current ISO 9001:2015 and GDPMD certification.

2. To escalate performance and process issues to QA & Regulatory Affairs Manager in a timely manner.

3. Ensure that all documentation is maintained as per ISO & GDPMD standards.

4. Ensure control of all data is managed as per the document control procedures.

Regulatory affairs:

To assist in guiding the organization for meeting the rules and regulations laid down by the drug regulatory authority of Pakistan (DRAP), ministry of national Health Services, Regulations and Coordination.
To stay abreast of revisions in DRAP regulations and ensure their timely implementation in the organization.
To assist the QA & Regulatory Affairs Manager in monitoring, reviewing and maintaining the documents relating to the organizational activities and service in accordance with the requirements of DRAP Rules.
To help the organization in registering medical devices with the ministry as per DRAP rules.
