Job Description
- Active team player, test design, development and implementation using automation macros/scripts as well as Manual Testing efforts across Project Life Cycles when required.
- Write, review, revise, and verify quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation.
- Participate in review of standards, procedures, tools, and process.
- Communicate with clients to finalize requirements.
- Monitor, manage and communicate with developers on defects.
- Prepare and develop test strategies and test plans.
- Ability to Code Automated Tests
- Ability to Work Independently and In Team Based Environment
- Analyze Test Results
- Break Project Into Attainable Progress Goals
- Capable of Using Source Code Repositories

- Solid Understanding of QA Testing Environments
- Thorough Understanding of Software Development Life Cycles
- Work Closely With Development and Product Teams
QA - Skills
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Complete understanding of SDLC, SBLC and STLC -
- Ability to review requirements and functional specifications with quality in view
- Ability to write test cases, processes and bug report -
- Knowledge on automated testing tools would be plus point
- Have good analytical skills
