- Management of Administration Module of SAP and crystal reporting.
- Management of ERP servers & database management (SAP B1).
- Implementation of ERP System including server’s installations.
- Troubleshooting of SAP system, Network problems and Rectification of Hardware & Software issues.
- Periodic OS backups and restore.
- Knowledge of SQL Server/Windows Server and SAP database management.
- Manage, maintain and support various day-to-day operations of SAP Business One ERP system.
- Develop reports utilizing Crystal Reports; Work with functional areas to identify and analyze problems and propose solutions, Administer, maintain and implement policies and procedures for ensuing the security and integrity of the SAP Business One ERP system.
- Create, maintain, update and improve procedural documentation.
