Responsibilities
- Organize, compile, update staff personnel file records and documentation.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, employee data etc.) according to policy and company requirements.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues and performance management processes
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures
- Create and implement effective onboard plans
