Description:
- Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely.
- Manage customer calls and appointments effectively.
- Explain prospective clients about the services offered and follow up with them in order to take their feedback.
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume sale.
- Management database of clients contacts and mailing lists.
- Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
